“Superb!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2011

WOW! The food was simply excellent. My friend and I came for our last trip of the year and had a restaurant.com coupon for Longza. I had the buffet and she, the bison meatloaf. The meatloaf was served with mashed potatoes and green beans almondine....very flavorful all! The buffet had excellent, tasty prime rib, baked salmon that was perfectly seasoned and prepared, baked chicken with mushroom sauce, rice pilaf, baked red potatoes(soooo tasty) and mixed squash that was very well seasoned. And for dessert....chocolate lava cake, caramel apple pie and also pecan pie and cheesecake. All of the dishes were tasty and served hot. The organic wine was perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant while visiting Estes Park! Ohhh....our server, Rod, was extremely charming, helpful and quite attentive. We were beyond pleased with our dining experience here.

“For dinner choose from the menu, not the buffet”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2011

We thought the Prime Rib Buffet rather disappointing, with few choices of vegetables and only one dessert. The waitress on our first night could not have been more helpful, but her colleague who served us on other occasions kept disappearing and did not seem interested in us. That said, the breakfast buffets on both days of our stay were good, especially on the Sunday, with lots of choice and some more unusual items like strawberry pancakes.

“The Saturday prime rib buffet is excellent.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2011

Because it is located in the Rocky Mountain Park Inn, the restaurant isn't very crowded at any mealtimes. The breakfast buffet is good, plentiful and just right for starting a day in the Park. But, the Satruday night prime rib buffet was excellent. Perfectly done food, a helpful staff and the chef carves.

We also attended happy hour in the LongZ bar each evening, which was also a nice, quiet end to the day.

“dont go there”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2011

prime rib buffet- meat ok, everything else on it looked dried out and we were there early in evening, my husband ordered a burger because menu said it had onion straws on it, got it and it was a big onion ring, which he doesnt care for, asked about it and by the time she got back to him it was cold, not even an apology for menu being wrong. waitress was nice but didnt realy know much about the menu. the bison meatloaf was ok, drinks not kept filled. theres too many nicer places there to waste your time on this one! the meat cutter at buffet was very nice and accomodating tho I will say

“Such a disappointment!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2011

We pulled into LongZ after a long day. We thought it looked pretty nice. However, our food was the worst we had on our entire trip. For the prices we paid I would highly avoid this at all cost!
