Lets face it, dining out in Estes Park is a problem. Most restaurants are bland and cater to the Nebraska crowd. If you want beer and burgers, no problem. Fine dining is another issue. Stay away from anything visible, they are all tourist traps and usually the food is not very good and service is OK at best. Take a nice 10 minute drive north to Glen Haven. The Glen Haven Inn is the best in the valley. Quaint, small, romantic. Excellent Food. Reasonably priced and service is good. Not for kids, save yourself the hassle and save the irritation for others. Casual dress, Colorado almost anything goes.
