Three ladies out for lunch and some antique shopping . We were the first to arrive at Bella's for lunch on a Wednesday. It was past 12. Our waitress eventually came around . A local lunch crowd soon descended . It obviously was a popular place. ( and there are quite a few choices in downtown Putnam) We ordered salads,a large pizza to share and a bottle of wine. This should be enough to get some attention ,but sadly we were pretty much ignored. The food was ok. The decor the usual Italian bisto faire. Overall a less than satisfying experience. The antiquing ...fun!
