Browsing at all of antique shops worked up quite an appetite. We checked the menus at a few of the restaurants on Main Street and decided to go with Italian, so Bella' Bistro fit the bill. We were greeted immediately and got a great table by the window with a view of the street. Our, server (Sharon) arrived promptly and took our drink order, 2 glasses of Piccini Reserva Chianti ($18). It was a very nice wine. We ordered the Fried Brussel Sprouts ($8) which were perfectly cooked and accompanied by a truffle infused dipping sauce. And, Eggplant Rollatini ($9) which was like your "Nona" made it...both were delicious! Because the appetizers portions were so large we decided to share a Pizza rather than order entrees. We selected "The Godfather” ($15) a pie with cheese, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, roasted peppers and more. We love Pizza and this one of the best we've had in a long time. The dough was crispy on the edges and a little doughy in the middle, just the way we like it. It was so filling we could only eat half...not to worry; it heated up great on our Pizza stone the next day! Our total check for this excellent meal was only $50. Bella's Bistro is a bargain for the quality of the food, wine and service. We will be back.We will definitely be back very soon.
