“Great management”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013

We enjoyed our stay and Tammy from management was wonderful in making sure our stay was a good one. The location is very convenient to the airport and shares parking lot with a good restaurant for convenient lunch or dinner. Will definitely be back.

We were here for one night. The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was in a busy location, our room was quiet. Breakfast here was the best we've had on our trip so far (about two weeks in); the bread was actually decent bread (we have toast). We'd stay here again.

Stayed here April 26, 2013. We flew in to surprise a family member for a special birthday the next day. Having a good hotel near the airport was just what we needed. Check-in around midnight was quick and friendly, even though there was an amazing amount of pressure on the front desk person. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The complimentary breakfast was better than the usual fare in other hotels. We were able to relax and rest, prior to surprising everyone in the family the next day. I recommend this hotel.

I've spent about 20+ nights over the last five months at this property. Everyone has been positive and supportive of my business efforts. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms are the signature of the hotel which fits the Marriott Fairfield mission statement that's posted right there in the lobby.

Clean workout room, pool, whirlpool, a good breakfast mix and safe parking are all staples here, but like most any property it is the staff and management that separates a hotel for an outstanding guest experience. That's what I've had each of my stays.

It's a 60-second drive to I-25 with an easy side drive to downtown. The airport is really close with shuttle service to and from. Really close to the medical facilities and the University of New Mexico. Minor League baseball is 5 minuets away, so consider taking in an Albuquerque Isotopes game in this summer; I may see you there!

Room Tip: All rooms are nice, but in the heat of the summer I'd ask the front desk for a room for a northe...

We decided to stay in this hotel, because we had very good experiences with Fairfield in other towns. This one is ok, but a little run down. The room doesn't have microwave or fridge if not extra required, but there is a coffee maker. Even if it's close to the airport, the rooms are quiet. In the neighborhood are several restaurants, directly at the hotel an Applebee's. The historic route 66 is only 10 minutes by car. The breakfast in the hotel was not really good, the breakfastroom is to small for such big hotel, there was only one women for all this guest who was overwhelmed with the rush and was barely able to refill food and beverages. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for just one night prior to flying out of ABQ. Good location near the airport. The hotel was clean, but could use some sprucing up. The front desk worker who checked us out early in the morning was very friendly and offered us breakfast for our drive to the airport. There are many hotels right near this hotel, most of them Marriott hotels, so it's hard to say if I would stay here again or try another right next door. We did not use the airport shuttle to the airport, but it looked as though it was shared with the other Marriotts located nearby.

After a long Trans-Atlantic flight from the UK we were collected from the airport by courtesy bus & taken to the hotel. Unfortunately when we arrived the driver didn't help us put our luggage onto a trolley and take it into the hotel.
The receptionist couldn't have been nicer, she booked us in & directed us to our room on the ground floor, (which is helpful as I have a walking disability).
The room was just right, very clean & tidy with a large, extremely comfortable bed. The room was fairly quiet, though there were a couple of late night stragglers who passed our room.
The complimentary breakfast was fine, with hot scrambled egg & sausage, cereals, fruit, breads and cake set out well.
On check out the receptionists were gems & we were sufficiently impressed to book in again.
Our driver back to the airport to collect our car (Ray), was polite & helpful. He loaded our baggae onto a trolley and took it out to the van and unloaded it the other side. Thanks.
All in all a pleasureable stay & great value.
