“Typical Double Tree...Great as always!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013

We stayed here while in town for the New Mexico Bowl. It's always great to start off your stay with a warm chocolate chip cookie. My fiance is British and was won over immediately with this small gesture. :)

We were given room 304. When got to our room, there was the sound of running water coming from the bathroom. We found that there a steady stream of water pouring down from the light fixture. We went back to reception and they were very apologetic and quickly assigned us room 1411 with a great view of the city and the mountains.

They told us that there was a water pipe break/leak that they were trying to fix. Later that day after we came back from dinner, there were about 6 trucks/vans out front from a contractor and they worked most of the evening to get things sorted. While they were in the room just around the corner from ours, it is worth noting that we heard very little, if any noise from anything they were doing.

Our room was clean every day when we came back from exploring and the game, and unlike some hotels, even with the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, no one ever knocked to see if we needed anything or woke us up, which is always a bonus.

We were too busy out exploring the local restaurants and things to do, so can't comment on the bar or the restaurant.

Very quiet room, comfortable bed, these are most important to me and this hotel has it. The lobby look is mundane, but, who cares. The shuttle service is great, they take you around, saves a lot in cab fares.

Spent 5 days here for a conference at the convention center and enjoyed the pampering the room provided and how close it was to everything. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants and convenient to visiting Old town Albuquerque as well as to access to both the I25 and the I40 freeways.

Stayed 3 night, hotel was nice but had heating problems on the first night I got there. My internet connection was not great, had to find just the right spot to catch the signal, Moved to a second room, which had great heating but had no wifi signal. Hotel charges for parking, which is outrages considering that its right out in the open and only secured by one gate and no fence or encloser

We stayed at the Double Tree in Albuquerque and found the Free internet, proximity to convention center, airport shuttle and nice rooms made for a pleasant stay. The in room dining service was a little slow to answer the phone but the meals were good.

We always stay at this property when we come to ABQ each year. Nice hotel, great location for us. The rooms are what we expect. Clean and well appointed.
We met Debbie this year behind the desk. She was friendly and accomidating. She took care of our reservation and made us feel welcome.
The snow storm stranded us and we were able to stay in the same room, seamlessly, Debbie made sure of that.
Thanks Debbie and thanks Doubletree for another great stay.
We'll be back next year as usual.
