Breakfast was cold at first, but our server Christina was very good and had the sternos replaced and re-lit.
The rest of the staff was helpful also and the room was very nice. It was handy to be close to the Old Town Plaza.
We would stay here again

The front desk man at night November 9-10 was great.
Great location. right off the highway.
The room was very clean. loved the towel animal.
we have stayed in a few best western on our trip from Hawaii to new York. this one was very nice and the first to offer us the reward points after staying 5 times at best western.
The complimentary breakfast was ok. eggs weren't good. pancakes and waffles looked saggy Orange juice tasted watered down. I have to say the other best western have a better breakfast with just cereal, waffle bar, bagels, pastries, fruit and juices.
our waitress Christina was very friendly

Krishna is the reason I always stay here when I come to Albuquerque. She brightens the lives of everyone around her exspecially mine. The rooms are very spacious and the new breakfast is a pleasant surprise this time around. I stay here every 3 months and love it every time. I would reccomend it to anyone in the area. The staff is very friendly and makes it a pleasant stay every time.

Looking at the other reviews I am wondering if this is the same hotel we stayed in.
Upon double checking it definitely is.
Our room was clean and tidy. Stayed for two nights. second day towels were changed but the beds had not been made up. This was brought to the attention of the receptionist upon checking out.
The evening meal we had was served on a cold plate. My steak I ordered was warm and the french fries cold.
Breakfast in the morning was very basic, and uninteresting.
Location good for visiting the old town.
