“Never again”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013 via mobile

My room did not pick up the internet. I lugged my lap top across the country on a plane to do online college course homework. I called the front desk to be told to just come down to the Lobby because most of the time my room wouldn't pick up the internet. AND Then i woke up at 2am to find my room smelled like a sewer. A really awful stench. So bad I couldn't go back to sleep. Front desk clerk told me to open a window. It was 40 degrees outside. I'm very disappointed in Best Western. Clerk didn't offer another room. Disgusted.

Truthfully, I arrived shortly before midnight, checked in, slept, woke up, and checked out. The room was clean, and the location was conveniently located next to I-40. The night clerk was also quite friendly. I will add that I like the interior design. There were some nice touches of local/regional artwork on the walls and in the elevator.

Best location , awesome breakfast, very friendly staff, nice bathrooms very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Near many attractions even walking distance. Good price. I am a very picky person and i must say was impressed by the price and how good this hotel is. It is not luxury is what you need for a couple of nights when visiting albuquerque.

This was hands down the BEST Bestwestern hotel we have ever stayed in. We travel a lot! The night clerk was friendly and got us checked in immediately at 1am after a long days travel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We woke up the next morning went to the front desk and ask if they had breakfast and we were given breakfast coupons for a free breakfast. Awesome property for a quick night sleep on our way to Phoenix, AZ. We stopped booking Best Western hotels but after staying here it was a great surprise! Good job and check up the great, clean and friendly hotel.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Good location for Old Town visitors. The staff was very nice.
I would prefer a charge for pets based on any damage done. Two year oldchildren do much more damage than our dog who did no damage and we were charged $20 up front.
