Staff pleasant, room clean. BUT: Had to get *room key re-activated everyday; Wi-Fi wouldn't stay connected; "free water" in room was not replenished - neither were drinking cups; HUGE hole in middle of face wash cloth; closet door knob not connected; older hotel - needs repair, water stained walls, uncomfortable bed. This was my first, and probably my last stay, at a Best Western.
*Regarding room key not working day after day, staff was not in agreement. And no one offered to compensate for the inconvenience of having to get a new key each day....

The Best Western Inn & Suites is conveniently located minutes away from the airport. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning as our flight was late, but we were greeted by a Front Desk clerk, who was cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable and assured us that our room was ready for occupancy. Even though there is a restaurant on the hotel site and several restaurants nearby, the hotel provides an all inclusive breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, dry cereal, toast, etc. Social hour starts a 5 p.m. and you can choose from a variety of soft drinks, water, and nachos. The Business Center is in an enclosed room which provides privacy for the guests. Guests can relax out front at a couple of cafe tables. We were in Albuquerque for the balloon festival and a highlight of the stay was that several balloon pilots stayed at the hotel and it was fun visiting with them. If you're looking for convenience, location, friendly staff, plus all the other extras, book this hotel!

Special kudos to the staff, front desk especially. We like everything about the hotel except the TV quality which we were told is being fixed. Highly recommend to those passing thru, easy to find, lot of restaurants nearby. We felt we were in a safe area with good parking.

Excellent motel, we stayed one night going east and another night on our return trip going west .. Found the rooms clean and comfortable, refrigerator (which was on and cold) and microwave in room. Breakfast was served 6:30 to 10am and was hot, sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy and other usual breakfast items .. coffee available all the time. We enjoyed the social hour between 5pm and 6pm, nachos and sodas and intrigued with warm cheese machine for the nachos. Front desk check in was efficient and friendly. Nice Business Center with a couple of computers, good ones, for use by motel guests. In spite of being close to the airport, we were not bothered by airplane traffic noise. Would stay here again any time we are traveling same route.
