This is dog friendly, amazing service. They bend over backwards to make you comfy. It was like a second home to me. Breakfast was creative and accommodating. Wine in the afternoon is very needed. The granola was yummy and truffles loves the little yard.

Room Tip: No pool or fitness center

Was only able to stay one night - unfortunately - this Inn is really lovely with a very kind and helpful hostess, Tammy. Tammy makes sure you have everything you need - even prints maps and directions to where you want to go in the area, but at the same time, gives you space and privacy. Wine and cheese in the evening; a tasty hot breakfast. Highly recommend and hope to return!

I was fortunate to stay at the Mauger, pre-Albuquerque flight to go home for Thanksgiving. MY hoom was perfect. Clean. Stylish. The host (esses) were kind and extra-accomodating for my visit. They were kind enough to enter a stay for an Amer. Cancer Society auction. I won!
I chose to stay with them last weekend as well for a little "big city" respite from my home in Santa Fe, NM. It was - once again - perfect. The breakfasts on both of my visits were exceptional - and different from one another - fresh and beautifully presented.
HIGHLY recommended for your Albuquerque visit. I look forward to another night there !

I highly, highly recommend The Mauger for your Albuquerque overnight.

Room Tip: The deluxe suite slept two - or more - comfortably.

Stayed here for one night on a longer trip through New Mexico and booked with a special offer through Groupon. The Guest house is situated in a quiet leafy side street which was very pleasant. I dont think the guest house was full when we stayed there but we had been given a smaller room at the very top of the house ( perhaps because we were on a cheaper rate, or maybe thats me being cynical...!)which was up several flights of narrow stairs- and being International visitors we only had large luggage with us, which was very difficult to negotiate. If staying with bulky luggage ,ask for lower rooms.
Checkin was warm , friendly and easy. we missed the social evening get together unfortunately but it looked nice. Nice touches like cookies and sweets available. Room was comfortable and nice shower room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of homemade goodies on offer.
A lovely historic builidng full of charcter and interest. Would stay again

We stayed two nights at the Mauger B & B townhouse which is located right behind the historic Mauger B & B. It was perfect; comfortable, clean and quiet. There are two bedrooms, each with it's own sink and one and one half baths, a full kitchen with dining area and patio and a living room. We enjoyed wine and cheese in the main buildings parlor in the evening and a delicious full breakfast in the dining room. The inn is located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to downtown and convenient to the convention center. Service is impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we only stayed there one night but it was enough to wish staying a month!!!
Charming, stylish but respectful of architectural structure of the building.Wonderful gourmet breakfast. This was one of the best B&B we ever found. As we stayed too shortly we cannot say anything about additional services but we guess everything is perfectly organized.

I stayed four nights at the Mauger B&B to attend a conference at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The location is very convenient to downtown (six short blocks to the convention center) so I didn't need a rental car. Because I was working and needed quiet, I stayed in one of the condos behind the estate, which was great. Two bedroom, two bath townhouse with a balcony off the master bedroom and a fenced in veranda off the kitchen. Super quiet, super clean, and convenient. This would be suitable for families, couples, or business. Staff at the B&B are very congenial. There is wine and light snacks in the evening and a great breakfast of coffee, juice, fruit, home made granola, fresh baked goods, meat and a a hot dish of either a quiche, bread pudding or fritata. All for a very reasonable price. All of the rooms were running full with a variety of pleasant business persons couples and vacationers. The wifi signal was rather weak in the condo, since it is across the street, but I had an AT&T link available, so that did not matter.

I highly recommend this establishment.

Room Tip: I did not see the rooms in the main house, but was sold on the condo.
