“Japanese Garden is wonderful, but...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

Parts of this garden are interesting, but there is a lot of walking to see very little of special interest. The Japanese Garden is lovely and serene, but it also is the longest walk from the entrance. There is interesting topiary near the entrance, not much else of note.

“Special spot in ABQ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

They have done a terrific job maintaining a variety of gardens including Japanese, Meditteranean, southwest, Spanish, children's fantasy, roses, etc. and with a lake and a railroad. Bring your picnic and camera. Check it out in different seasons.

“Fun place to visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

We love the beautiful things to see here.
It's a nice walk and not too huge even for little kids.
The old house in the back with the farmland and such is a lot of fun as well.

“Nice Garden”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

We stayed in Albuquerque one day because I wanted to go to this garden. We went in the morning, we were only visitors in the garden. The garden is beautiful, but because it's winter, no flowers around. I can imagine how beautiful this place will be in spring and summer.

“Nice for relaxation and nature”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

Great for a walk or run. Beautiful early morning and evening. Nice long trails for you to follow and friendly people along the way. Great for meditating, bike riding, photography, lizard watching, etc.
