“Excellent service, very good dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

The scallops with a jalapeno vermouth sauce were excellent, and I am a wimp with spicy food. The prices are comparable. The corn and peach dessert was so-so, prob wouldn't order again. The waitress was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. All in all an excellent dinner. Of course the view is spectacular. It must be great to be out on the patio!

“Good food, good service.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

They are at the base of the tram, which is good after you've seen everything at the top and want a bite to eat afterward. The try super hard to provide good service and good food.

“When in ABQ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

Sandiago's is an unexpected find at the base of the Sandia Mountain Range. Most people only know of it because it is housed in the same complex as the ticketing booth and gift store for the infamous Sandia Tram. Sandiago's menu offers several Mexican dishes that are as authentic as being in Mexico. Their Margaritas are killer, my personal favorite is the real lime juice margarita, you may need to request it as it is not on the menu, but it should be. I'm a margarita snob so I don't do mixes. Other margarita options that are equally delicious are the fruit flavored ones: mango or strawberry. The atmosphere is Mexico fantastico! If you're from out of town remember that drinking at altitude requires less liquor to get your buzz on. Cheers!

“Good food and an even better view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2012

After coming back down the Sandia Peak Tram, we stopped in to eat at Sandiagos. There were very few people here so the service was quite attentive. The food wasn't too bad. Nothing I would brag about. I've had worse though. The view was amazing, however. For the convenience, this can't be beat. Would recommend.

“Love this place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

We love everything about Sandiago's - the food, the atmosphere, the service.
Even the prices are good for all the above.
And the portions are big enough for us to take our 4 boys with us and get everyone full without breaking the bank.
And it's a great place to take out of town guests! They always love the view of Albuquerque.
