“Great Mexican Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Great food and great views of the city! Their margaritas and enchiladas are wonderful. They have an open room where you can dine and look out over the city of Albuquerque.

“Great Food and Great Views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

After going up the Sandia Peak on the Tram when we came down the sun was about to go down. The Tram entrance is at 6,559ft and you can see the valley and Albuquerque lights. We dicided to eat at the Sandiago Mexican Restaurant so we could see the sunset. It was well worth it, the food was really good, mixed drinks good and the view was well worth it...we will go back.

“Save room for dessert!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

The meal was amazing but what we remember the most is the dessert. The sopapillas (spelling doesn't count here - right?) with honey drizzled on them are the best.

“A great view from the deck....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

The view from this busy restaurant at the base of the Sandia Mountains, located at the tram station offered a great view from the outside deck. The food was not what one would expect from a "New Mexican" restaurant on a very busy night during Balloon Fiesta. Go for the view, but try another restaurant for a good meal.

“Go for the View, Not the Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

We knew this was a touristy place, but wanted to watch the sunset. The view was gorgeous. We could watch the tram go up the mountain and the sun set at the same time. The margaritas were pretty good, but the use sweet and sour mix, which ruins the good tequila in my book. The food was just average. If you go do not waste your money on the seafood or other high end items. Just order the mediocre mexican. Good service
