“Very good food, would go again.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013 via mobile

I had the special blue corn enchilada it was very good, service was good. Our waitstaff was decent and made several trips to make sure we had plenty of water. A little cramped quarters but an overall good experience.

“Great place for a Friday evening dinner near Convention Center”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I attended the auto show and needed a convenient place to have a dinner nearby. We found La Esquina on Trip Advisor and we were very pleased with our experience. The complimentary salsa and chips were great, as were our blue corn enchilada meals. Only the sopapillas were a disappointment. The atmosphere was romantic which was an added benefit.

“Downtown New Mexican lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

This is our regular Friday lunch spot, and we see lots of regulars there. The same wait staff has been taking care of us for longer than I care to remember!
They start off with a fantastic salsa, homemade and very fresh tasting. Both the red and green chile sauces are exceptional.
It has southwestern ambiance, a bit dated, but still cool, and located in the lower shopping level of an office building. Popular with both locals and conventioneers at the next door convention center.
