“Staff was nice & it was clean”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

We like Drury Inn's & Suites. First, we felt safe..and that is at the top of our list. Then the room was clean. The staff was friendly and willing to please and that all made for a very enjoyable experience for us. There are numerous places to eat within 2 exits of the hotel. We have always wanted to go to New Mexico and especially around the State Fair.We also visited The Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Loretto Chapel is the home of the Miraculous Staircase, built, some say, by St. Joseph himself. Between having fun at the State Fair & finding a wonderful hotel that you enjoy staying at we will not only come back to this state but come back to this hotel.
They know how to please their customers.

“Noisy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013 via mobile

Children running through the hallway after 10:00 pm. They were accompanied by adults. Hard mattress. Somewhat old and worn bedding. Clean but not spotless. Definitely does not compare to a Hilton.
Appears to be mostly a middle of the road family hotel.

“Solid Hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

What a great place! The staff, food, management, cleanliness is as solid as the oak that holds that building up. I stayed there during a bad storm and the hotel is so solid I didn't even know there was a blizzard until I looked outside...no weird window whistling, wind blowing, nothing, as if I was in a cave. The staff is consistently professional, friendly and helpful, no drama which all stems from their GM, Tami who is fantastic! Great value with the evening reception too.

Room Tip: Only top floor is smoking so all rooms below it are safe from any smoking smells.

“We had an enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely stay here again!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

My family and a friend and her son stayed here, and it was one of the best hotel stays we ve ever had. We love that they serve breakfast and dinner, and it is quite kid friendly. Also, everyone we encountered that worked there was very courteous and helpful, not to mention, the hotels in a great location.

“Great Stay!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

Stayed at the Drury Inn in Albuquerque, NM for one night on our way to Arizona. Exterior - The hotel is just north off I-40 with easy on/off access. There is ample parking with a well lit lot. The hotel is clean, our standard room was average in size, nice lobby, and, of course, the 5:30 kickback was really welcomed at the end of a long travel day. There was a great selection of breakfast items in the morning to include scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, coffee, etc. Although we did not use the swimming pool, it looked well kept. The exercise equipment was up-to-date and functioning properly.
