As Indycar fans and Unser family fans, we were really looking forward to seeing the musuem. The staff were really warm and welcoming. The displays are fantastic and it was one of the highlights of our trip!
A nice tribute to the Unser family in all forms of racing. It actually encompasses two museums on the same property and has a dececnt admission price that includes both. It includes everything from actual cars used, to heirlooms, to engines, to an Indy 500 race simulator that enables you to take 5 laps of the track. Go for it!
Cute little museum, bit of racing history.....you can't spend too much time here but if you have an hour to kill it's pretty cool.
It is a shame that a family with such great racing history has come to hocking their past. I remember the days when Al and Bobby use to drag race on Central Avenue as kids, now they are an embarrassment.
The Museum is a great way to learn the history of race cars and the local Unser family racing history.
