It is a treat to visit because of the price. I go about 3-4 times a year with friends. We have had only one month when we thought the menu tasted bland. Otherwise, each month is yummy! Of the 12 or so items served, I may not think 1 or 2 is not the best thing I've ever tasted, but the other items make my mouth water. The rooms are cozy, and we usually cannot hear the other guests. Their selection of teas is great, and they are very accommodating with their selection of teas and menu options. Service is excellent! They have a great market shop to buy all types of tea trinkets. They offer a Passport for about $9 - visit so many times and get a free tea. I should have bought one a long time ago, but I'm sticking to my principle. Why should I have to buy it??? Every other business offers a card to be stamped or punch for FREE. I have noticed that at the end of the evening, they may mark down the price of items in their take-home case.
