VERY friendly and helpful staff. Assisted in finding a nearby dept. store to pick up something we forgot, and they recommended a couple restaurants; the one we chose was very good. The property, public areas and room were all well-cared for and clean. The room was spacious, very clean, well-maintained and decently decorated with firm, comfortable beds. We didn't use the indoor pool, but a few families with kids were swimming after dinner, and they were having a great time. We took advantage of the breakfast in the morning. Good enough, lots of items to choose from. The breakfast room was a bit crowded, but we didn't have to wait. The front desk clerk was also the "egg-cooker." Between trying to check people out, and serve guests in the breakfast room, she was terribly busy. Even so, she was patient, professional and made some good eggs! This is probably the closest thing to a complaint that I have -- another helper would make sense. All-in-all, probably one of the best "budget" hotels we've stayed in (we got a great on-line deal). Next time we visit Albuquerque, we'll be staying here.
