“For Adults and Kids”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012

I first discovered Explora when I took my very young nieces there when they were visiting from out of town. I was hooked. There's something fun to do for everyone and for all ages and we love Adult Night when they kick out all the kids and it's grown-ups only!

“Such fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

From the first exhibit area with a great, complex, tumbling ball contraption, to little paper helicopters spinning upwards on draughts of air, giant soap bubbles, and the excitement of lighting a little bulb by completing a circuit. this was entrancing. Cleverly, it is split into elemental areas, wind, water, electricity etc. Even smarter, it's been designed by grown-ups who still have the eye of their internal child's wonderment fully agog.

Take the kids and go early. Planned, supervised activities. Museum is full of scientific displays and interactive exhibits that the kids work with.

“The kids are gonna dig this!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

This science center is really engaging from the minute you walk in. There are just so many hands on things to do. Explora will keep kids from toddlers to tweens pretty busy. Check into their special programs. They have an adult night!
