Worth every penny of the cost. Best at sunset. Easy access to national forest museum, great meal, hiking trails, ski trails, beautiful views.

“Longest Cable Tram in the United States”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2014

Get a nice view of the City. Plus if like to hike one can take the tram up and hike down or there is skiing on the otherside of the mountain too.

“Awesome Views!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2014

Sandia Tramway is a must for any visit to Albuquerque. The city sights from 10,600 feet up are amazing. The team is a great ride and a two-fold adventure both the ride up and down the mountain and the hike or dinner/drinks you can have while on the crest. Military discount is nice. Trails from the tram terminal are great and well kept.

“Sunrise, or sunset”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2014

Go during morning hours and see Albuquerque in focus and as far west as you can see, go during afternoon hours and watch sunset and the mountains to the east. Quite majestic mountain/rock formation.
