This hotel was built within the past few years. It sits among a group of similar hotels that probably all opened at about the same time. The rooms are nicely done--well designed with lots of thoughtful little conveniences. The one area this hotel falls down is food service. We arrived late evening from the east coast and were relieved to learn the hotel had small restaurant (probably better called a creative heat and serve food service). Our relief turned into regret when it took the staff close to half an hour to return with our food. Breakfast was the real disappointment. Though Hyatt seems to have positioned this chain as a step up/equiv. to a Hampton Inn, it totally falls down when it comes to breakfast. The buffet does not compare to a Hampton Inn, nor even a Holiday Inn Express. We are talking bare basics (three cereals, one kind of yogurt, plain bread an bagels; no waffles, eggs of other temptations that have become standard fare at other chains).
So...arrive late, enjoy your room and duck out early to grab a real breakfast.
