“Fugative friendly”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

The pro: The front desk personnel and manager were nice and accommodating when we asked to cancel our reservation after viewing our room.
The cons: The room was dingy, threadbare everything, moldy smell, no coffee maker, empty pool. We thought the place was boarded up as we approached. We passed a parked car filled with smoke and young men on the dead-end road leading to the property. All we could think was, if we were running from the law this is where we'd stay.

Stayed with dogs which we had to paid extra for. Average property, clean, free coffee and good wifi. Friendly staff, had dog statue on counter with a sign they were pet friendly but charged. It was raining so we stopped, Ref Roof Inn doesn't charge extra for pets, but we were in heavy rain so we paid

We stopped overnight here on our way to Florida. Spacious clean room where everything worked. Friendly, helpful staff. Treed, quiet location, but close enough to I-95. No restaurant but microwave and refrigerator in the room so who cares?

Convenient to 95, this hotel is dated but works if you need a reasonable place for the night. Heat was very hard to adjust, but at least wasn't noisy. Breakfast is bare-bones - cereal, bread, and muffins. They don't even have real orange juice - it was Sunny Delite. You park right in front of the room, which is convenient if you're unloading a lot. Microwave and fridge in the room. Pets are OK. There was hardly anyone there, yet they placed other guests on either side of us - I don't know why hotels like to do that. Maybe easier for the maid. At first it seemed they would be noisy, but they were fine.

I had a very pleasant experience on my stay. Neat and clean room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was nicely organized with quite few varieties. Not bad for the price. I did check the hotel on the website before booking my stay and read the pool was closed which was not a criterion to book my stay anyway. Was amazed how fast the wifi was. Needed extra towels and pillows which were provided to me with a call to front desk. Very quiet place even though it is by the interstate I 95. I would recommend this place to all travelers.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from I 95 or on the side.

A black pool with a tarp HALF way over it, so any child could have drowned and never be seen again. Filthy bathroom, filthy bathroom and vanity area floors, no coffee in room and the one in the breakfast area was worse than filthy. A vending machine that was 75% EMPTY. Coffe stained door card sleeve. No thanks for coming, NO enjoy your stay, I could go on and on,,,, do yourself a favor and drive another two miles to a NICE motel. Oh yea,,,, they offered me 10% off. HA HA HA HA ....

Room Tip: Just do not stop here, go another exit and get a real motel

Paid $44 with tax for a night, the hotel rooms are dated but its clean. Has free wifi and in a quiet location, no partiers here like at other motels. Fridge and microwave in the room. A modern hotel will cost you another $20 a night so if your looking to stay on a budget this is the place.
