“Arriving early is the key to seeing it without huge crowds”

The area flows well, and there are several performances which were short, interesting, and enjoyable.

“Just average”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2012

Okay, so I haven't been here since it opened and I could be biased since we just went to Aquarium of the Pacific last June BUT I was totally disappointed. Hardly anything to see inside and the outdoor dolphin show was like 5 min. Wasn't worth the cost of admission.

“Poor”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2012 via mobile

I'd been to the aquarium several diffent visits throughout the past 7yrs. And this visit was very poor. I only saw 2 otters, 1 gator (never open its eyes), 1 scary shark swimming, 3 other nurse sharks lying at the bottom. Low on the petting stingrays, 2-3 birds - and the dolphin show was exactly 15 min (3:00-3:15)and it waz lame & boring. My border collie is highly trained and would of given a better show for the kids educational visit than the dolphins. The drinks waz, well forget it > PRICE Outrageous. Enjoyed the sea turtles coming to the top of the pool. I think spending the money on the splash pool outfront should of been putting it towards the animals and exibits to make it better. The location is perfect for Corpus so let's do a better job on this aquarium so I can come back to visit -- please.

“Not great”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2012

For being an aquarium on the coast, there were not many exhibits and one of the main ones was shut down for remodeling (sting ray). I was very disappointed for the price. My son wanted to see sharks, but there were only two. Very underwhelmed.

“Nice 4 to 5 hour excursion.”

Liked the dolphin show and the kiddie water park. We went on a weekday which meant almost no crowds. Very nice.
