Service: The wait staff were NOT FRIENDLY or HOSPITABLE. Instead, they were comfortable with putting forth only the minimum amount of energy as to get the job done without making the customers upset. Since the restaurant had only been open for about 2 hours, the waiter shouldn't have been tired. A smile goes a long way in the service industry.
Food: The Crab Cake Sandwich ($15.99) comes with a sandwich and french fries. It's available at only the National Harbor and Annapolis, MD locations. Overall the sandwich was satisfactory.
Value: The food was OVERPRICED. The menu needs work as the condiment remoulade is misspelled. They spelled it without the "a" as remoulde. I'm not sure what that is. POOR DESIGN as the restrooms are located on the second floor while most of the seating for eating customers is on the first. There's only a large staircase on the east side of the restaurant which leads up to the second floor. Once there, you have to make your way all the way across to the far west side to get to the restrooms. That's a lot of walking. What about the handicapped? NO nutritional information is provided on this restaurant's menu or website.
Atmosphere: It was poor due to the cramped seating with the wait staff almost bumping my chair on numerous occasions as they made their way to the bar area. It was also extremely LOUD to the point where you had to almost shout so members of your party could hear you at the same table. They play pop/rock music videos through loud speakers on the walls. You can follow along on at least one of the flat screen monitors also attached to the wall. The chatter of other patrons echos throughout the restaurant to aid in the excessive noise due to its poor seating design and floor plan. WHAT WHAT WAS THAT???
