you're most likely in national harbor for business and looking for something close by. price wise, it's about the same as all the other places in the area--$25-$30 entrees, overpriced but not out of line with what's around it.
i had to call 5 times on a weds night to place a carry out order. kept going to voicemail. i was told 45 minutes for my food when i finally got a real person. when i arrived, there was literally one family of 5 in the restaurant. that was it. i saw more servers and cooks than customers. not sure why the 45 min wait or the 5 phone calls.
the food was well cooked. i got the jumbo prawn app and the scallop risotto. the seafood was cooked perfectly in both cases, and i'm picky about my seafood. the tempura coating on the prawns was bland. the risotta wasn't that good with my scallops, lumpy, greasy and flavorless. i think they rely too heavily on their sauce gimmick to bother with flavoring. (i wasn't asked what 2 sauces i wanted when i ordered, btw. i just got 2 they chose for me).
i enjoyed the seafood, it was fresh and well cooked, didn't like the risotto and don't get the wait. the price i knew to expect.
i'd try another restaurant only b/c there's so many in the area. if you forced me to eat here again, i wouldn't complain.
if you dined in, view was gorgeous--glass fronted harbor front.
