I was very interested in seeing this place, it's on the first floor of one of the nicest hotels on the east coast. There's big screens and (some) sports memorabilia decorating the place and when we went there (the night before Thanksgiving), the place was half-full. Now there seemed to be plenty of wait-staff but I'm never a good judge of that and we got a table that was eventually visited buy a very nice lady who took our order without writing it down. Now first off, i don't get when they do that? Are we supposed to be impressed into a bigger tip? I've seen more orders messed up that way than not! But again, this isn't my business so i guess i just don't get it.
The thing that got me initially frustrated was when waitress (who initially needed the manager to get to visit our table) walked to another table and took their order, which had to take 10 minutes to complete. They were slow and indecisive so it seemed MUCH longer ( AND the waitress WROTE down their order!!)!
BUT that wasn't the bad part.. the frustration came when their food came to them much sooner that ours.
So the bottom line is it was an ok place at best and if you have kids at the Hotel you're stuck eating there, but the service was below average and the selections were slimmer than my neighborhood bar with a microwave.
