The lounge is not open, the staff is too busy to help you, no one at desk when i arrived, no one to help with luggage, no one knew where luggage cart might be located. very Motel-6 like. Rooms are nice, bathroom is nice but service is bad.

Very comfortable beds...loved them and got a really good nights sleep. Could have used a little more coffee in the room, we had 3 adults and on 2 cups for the coffee and only 2 packet to make...but it was a really nice stay...loved the pond behind hotel...very calming atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The only problem we experienced was that the front desk staff was only one person who was new and overwhelmed. When we asked for a luggage cart to help with our bags (no bellman available because he also makes airport runs) we were told that someone "took it" and they did not know where it was

After arriving overseas from a long trip, my family and I looked forward to a relaxing trip on a warm evening. The evening was warm and in the 80's. My first observation to the room is that the air conditioner would not cool below 70. Apparently this is the minimum set degree by the hotel. Then a couple of hours into our sleep, my daughter woke with something crawling on her. Upon further discovery, we found these horrible centipede type of insects in the bed. Needless to say, none of us slept the rest of the night. When we notified the desk supervisor in the morning, he "slightly" accommodated our final bill regardless of the horrible experience we had at this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel has a lot of potential....it looks like they are in the process of renovation...and they will probably get better down the road...I was surprised that Breakfast was not included...but since we had to leave so early the next morning..it turned out just fine....

The emploees were pleasant and very helpful with every aspect of our visit. The food was great and everyone friendly. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were conveniently located in a spot with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Got a great deal on Priceline for this property. Only stayed one night as we had a relatively early flight and did not want to drive from Park City. The Doubletree used to be the Hilton but was recently renovated and the name was changed. With that in mind, it is an older property but they've clearly put work into the renovations. It mostly modernizes the property and it is a fantastic choice right next to the airport.

Check in was at lightning speed by a wonderful agent. Cookies were warm and tasty and a welcomed treat. Our room was on the first floor and had a view of a small pond/lake. They must not expect people to go out the patio door as it was quite dirty and the screen door fell off when we tried to open it. They probably should do some cleaning of the areas outside the rooms. The worst feature of the hotel is the outside appearance and parking lots - it looks a bit drab overall.

The room itself is huge by modern standards and was very nicely renovated. Loved the lamps with integrated plugs - this should be a must for every hotel in the cell phone era! They had Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee (yay California!) with a cool unit that brewed two cups at a time. The bathroom was nicely remodeled - small but perfectly fine. Bed was very comfortable with a nice duvet. No real complaints at all about the room - very well done! The only thing that would have been great is a refrigerator.

Didn't use any of the facilities or eat on-site as we were literally there for less than 12 hours. As a quick overnight before or after a flight, this is a great choice. Free parking and internet ensure your bill doesn't quickly escalate.

For the price paid, this was an incredible value and I would definitely stay here again if plans brought me back to SLC.

Room Tip: Get a room with a view of the lake/pond. There are usually ducks hanging around.
