“Some of the best Thai I have had”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

Incredibly fresh and a joy to the palate. If you like thai food you must try Chanon. They are not afraid to make it spicy so be careful for what you ask for,,, I love Spicy so in my book it is perfect.

“Just great Thai food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2013

We were only in town for the night and a local recommended Chanon.

Just simply, the menu was really good and the meals we chose from it well presented and very tasty. Lady that served us struggled a bit with our English (or maybe our accent - not Nth American), but we got through.

Excellent value!

I'd definitely go back.

“Best Thai Curry in Utah. Service.... uh.. what's that?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

This is the best Thai curry I have found in Utah. The service is poor - really poor. The waitresses are very polite and helpful, but they are spread so thin you might see them 2 or 3 times in a night. If you want a refill on your drink good luck.

The curries are all excellent, and use the freshest ingredients. I haven't tried their noodles dishes, but my friends say they're also excellent.

“Authentic Thai food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2012

Really good Thai food. We really enjoyed dining here. Their Thai tea is really good and their Pad Thai along with many of their other dishes. If you ask for spicy you will definately get "spicy," if your not sure how spicy you want it just ask for medium and you can always add more spice. We asked for 4 star spicy once and it was extremely spicy, not what we were expecting, but still delicious.

“Pretty Good Thai in SLC”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2012

SLC is not known for great Asian restaurants. Here's one that helps boost the opposite. I went there for lunch on a Friday with a business associate. They have good deals for lunch; very affordable. Service was a bit slow but once they took our orders, the soup/salad was there quick followed quickly with the main course. They kept our water glasses full. They even asked if we wanted more rice. Like most Asian restaurants in the US, if you say you want it spicy, they always double verify that's what you want and it is rarely that spicy. This was no exception. Good Thai food in east SLC.
