“Wonderful views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

We got to the roof of conference center at 8:55 pm, just as they were to close. Yet we were greeted warmly and escorted around the roof so that I could take pictures. The views are magnificent and we were there for sunset, which was awesome.

The staff are very, very nice and made it a pleasurable visit.

“Massive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

This is an amazing experience. It is absolutely unbelievable the amount of people this place can hold. This is a massive building yet when the Prophet walks in you can hear a pin drop. Amazing.

“Amazing building/Venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013 via mobile

Sounds unusual to tour a conference facility, but the building is impressive and interesting. Highlight is the 21,000 seat theatre style auditorium. Building has no internal supports with amazing views all around. Amazing architectural achievment. Lots of artwork, including numerous LDS paintings. Architecture includes alabaster light covers, glass waterfall, pear and cherry wood inlays.

The rooftop is a large plaza/garden with all sorts of flora and water features where you will forget you are on a roof. That alone is an impressive park.

Individual guided tour provided for any size group. Took ~1 hour, but could be changed to fit the needs of your group.

“Huge auditorium. Impressive rooftop garden.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2013 via mobile

The 21,000 seat auditorium is a must see. Impressive architecture. I loved that the second and third tier of the auditorium had no visible support structures meaning that all the seats have great views.

The tours are very personal with one person leading any sizes group. Lots of LDS art on the second and third fliers.

You would not even know you are on the roof because they have transformed it into a garden.

Whole tour takes around an hour.

“One word: grand”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013

Very impressive. Nice layout, huge.
Nice garden on roof. Big. Big. Tours can be made easily if no convention. Worth a detour from Temple Square.
