“small dishes, local, sustainable = super yum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

Just moved to Salt Lake City from a culinary epicenter (Portland, OR) and was quite pleased with this restaurant. The food stands up to the hip atmosphere as do the cocktails. Spanikopita, pork chop, steak au poivre, cauliflower, beets, lamb chop, daily risotto, and a great salad were the dishes we ordered to split between 4 people and not one dish was disliked by any of our party.
The only unfortunate thing about this restaurant is the acoustics. It was very loud inside and hard to talk at a small table of 4 people. The patio outside looks amazing if you are lucky enough to sit out there.

“Eva Loved Eva's”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2013 via mobile

Had to visit because of name, but restaurant was awesome. Great and attentive service. Nice decor. Interesting variety of tapas. We liked all, the gnocchi and spanokopita were phenomenal. The zepolinas dessert also memorable. Will definitely return.

“Small plates are a great way to sample the great variety of foods here.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013 via mobile

Had a great time. The food was excellent and with the small plates we were able to try 7 or 8 different items between 4 people.

We will return.

“Fun, creative, with unexpected combinations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

We loved the variety of choices. Because the small plates were inexpensive, we could try many, and I agree with the earlier reviewer that if we went again tomorrow, we could have an entirely different meal. Everything we had--7 or 8 plates--was excellent. I especially liked the snow peas and the lamb chop. Next time, and there will be a next time, I want to try the crab cake and grilled asparagus, and maybe some of the ravioli. The patio enclosed by tall brick walls is quiet and yet open to the air. This is a gem. I already wrote an email about it to friends who live in Salt Lake.

I only wish they offered half carafes of wine. The "by the glass" were relatively expensive and small.

“The best meal on our trip to Denver and Salt Lake City”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

A great experience and lovely food. The meatballs and macaroni were delicious. The wine list was great and the wine superb. We were sorry that we did not go earlier, because we could have had a completely different meal another time. It was very busy, but we went early and got a table straight away. Later people had to wait. The service was great. A wonderful experience.
