“High Highs and Low Lows”

Pros:
Night check in gal was helpful, friendly and super attentive to our needs despite it being very late at night.
Room was very tidy and clean, we slept pretty well overall
Breakfast was a hot continental breakfast with waffle maker, eggs & sausage as well as some fruit & yogurt as well
Location - out by the airport with an airport shuttle with Park & Fly options if needed.
-noon check out time is always nice when you are arriving late at night!

Cons:
Went outside to sit by the pool - would understand if it was covered for winter months - we stayed in early April (not yet swimming weather) and the pool & hot tub have nasty stagnant water filled with garbage including cups, cigarettes etc. just very dirty looking and not at all where you would want to sit for fresh air. The front of the hotel faces a gas station so you wouldn't really want to sit out that way either. They should really keep this area clean for anyone who wants to enjoy the outside on a nice day.

We had an accessible room that had horrible shower pressure so that was a little disappointing. Most of the water was flowing straight down out of the faucet instead of up to the hand-held shower wand :(

For the price we were overall satisfied with our stay.

This hotel seems like a great choice when checking in. It's an airport hotel, so it's right at the airport, which is convenient. The lobby seems nice. Front desk staff (hotel auditor) were helpful and friendly despite it being the dead of night.

Past the lobby, however, it is clear that the hotel is falling into disrepair. Dark hallways follow carpets that are freckled with stains. Upon getting to the room we found it to be cramped and in poor condition. The room was clean, I'll give it that. But the vast majority of the furniture was so scratched and dinged up - or completely broken - that it felt as if they had furnished the room from a flea market. Despite this, the style and decor of the room was nice enough. Awful mattresses, but great pillows. Of course, take this with a grain of salt, as everyone feels differently about pillows and mattresses.

In the morning we had the shuttle driver take us to the airport. He was really friendly and the ride was nice.

Frankly, this hotel is cheap. Literally and as far as money goes. Staff are great but when it comes to hotels, remember that you get what you pay for. I'd probably choose somewhere else if I went again.

Room Tip: Unless you're on a tight budget, stay somewhere else.

The staff was kind and considerate. The bed was great and I appreciated the good and much needed full night of sleep. The breakfast ended early for a hotel so I was late but they still allowed me to grab some. (very nice)
The TV was nice but the channels were slim pickens and not good quality.
Wifi was good.
Overall, for the price I was a little disappointed but at the same time I would try it again.

We've stayed at this particular property several times when we fly in and out of Salt Lake City airport. Each time it just seems to get better! Speedy, courteous check in, comfortable well appointed rooms that are super clean. Even arriving late, there was still hot fresh coffee available. Really substantial breakfast offerings, eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, anything you'd want to get you morning started! A shout out to the general manager, Nisha. She was there to personally make sure everything ran smoothly, . especially during the breakfast "rush" - Nisha made sure nothing run out for the guests and kept the area spotlessly clean. The pride in this property is evident from the moment you step through the door! Exceptional value for money, I won't even consider anywhere else when travelling from SLC airport!

Room Tip: Nice to get the suites, the additional space is lovely!

stayed in this hotel with a large group. The rooms were nicely presented and kept beautifully clean. There was a good selection of dishes at breakfast. Everything from waffles or scrambled egg and sausages to cereal and yoghurt. The food was replenished quickly by cheerful staff

Room Tip: Probably away from the street if you are a light sleeper. I sleep like a log so I wouldn't know...

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered shuttle service. We were flying to Hawaii and wanted to park our car there while we in Hawaii. The hotel said it was newly renovated, but it looked like the only "new" thing was the carpet. The hotel staff when we checked in was not friendly. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor by being there. The morning staff was much friendlier. The shuttle bus service was contracted out with another hotel which wasn't a big deal until we returned from our trip. We tried calling Quality Inn, but their phone number was not in service. It took us awhile to locate the shuttle service to pick us up at the airport which was very inconvenient. When we got to the hotel and informed them that their phones were out of service they seemed surprised. We guessed it was due to the fact that they hadn't paid their phone bill. The bed was comfortable enough, but we would not choose to stay here again.

close to the airport this is one of the cheapest options. Stayed just one night room was adequate has new carpet all the amenities as described in Quality Inn site Everything worked We landed up with disabled room. As noted by another reviewer this is next door to laundry with appliances that runs all night. Not mentioned by woman at check in. I would have asked to move if we stayed another night. Sad if you are disabled and I guess this is your only choice. Ridiculous that they leave a note about the Q shower in this disabled room. Room has bedside lights desk light and floor lam. all look new so light in room is now adequate good free wifi download speed 9 Mb. In comparison the Mariott in Salt lake only manages 1 mb Avoid the eggs at breakfast. There is a choice of toast muffins waffles. Overall good for price.
