“clean, quiet, friendly - and great breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013

We stayed one night in July. The front desk folks were extremely nice and friendly. Free wifi and a PC in the lobby to print boarding passes and check email. We expected there to be highway noise but our room was quiet. Breakfast in the morning was terrific with lots of great choices - challah french toast, etc.

Thank you so much for posting your five-star review here on TripAdvisor! As you noted, our hotel is set a half-block back from Highway 101, which is only 35mph along that stretch anyway, so the nights are very quiet even if you don't have the golf course view. Thank you so much, and we hope you'll be back soon!

We stayed here for 2 nights in July while exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Our room was large and very comfortable and seemed new. We got a room with a view of the golf course, really mostly trees and grass, very pretty. As is typical for us in hotels, our second floor room felt too warm at night but the air conditioner was loud. Then we discovered that our window opened a little and let in cool night air with the soothing sound of a small waterfall feature below - perfect! Free wireless in our room was great. There was a roaring fire in the lobby fireplace at night - I wish we'd spent some time enjoying it, those leather sofas looked comfy!

Thank you so much for your review of our hotel! We did indeed remodel the rooms just a few years ago, highlighting our large floor plan and including new furniture and furnishings. We look forward to seeing you back here very soon!

We stayed two nights at this lovely hotel. The location is premiere, close to the Olympic National Park, the rooms are quite large and comfortable and the amenities are good. We even had a patio! I recommend this to all.

My husband and I came into Port Angeles to visit Olympic National Park. Caryle was AMAZING in setting us up with a room for two nights, recommending a delicious place for lunch (Little Devil's Lunchbox) and making sure that our stay on the peninsula was the very best. The room was more than comfortable and quiet, with a nice view of the golf course. And the convenient location to ferry to Victoria was a bonus. As vintagemary98087 says, however, complimentary breakfast, or even coffee, would be nice.
Our only regret is that our two days there went by too quickly.

What a great deal on such a beautiful room, wow! How nice was this place!!! Definite recommend!! Certainly got more bang for our buck than we expected. Close to the national park and close to the ferry.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting olympic national park. It was a great location for us. The hotel is spectacular ! The lobby is very cozy with its fireplace and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We also appreciate the gym as we usually work out in vacations. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable . It was a nice oasis to come relax to after spending long days around Olympic. Are only regret is that we didn't stay longer. :)
