We've eaten at Michael's several times when visiting Port Angeles or Sequim, and have found it to be hands down the best mid-to-upper scale restaurant in the area. Their drink options are exceptional, and the food has consistently been very well prepared and at times nicely inventive. The ONLY knock is that it feels like two restaurants: one end is all dark wood, romantic lighting, and great ambiance...the other attempts to capture that, but feels a little more like a diner. Reservations are very important, especially on weekends and in season. Pricier than many options, but far, far superior.
