“Nice place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

Good beer selection (a must), a lot of great things to choose on the menu. Our meal was good, not great...but we are kind of food snobs. The waitress was very nice and the staff seemed to work well as a team.

“Great Lunch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

Every bite of carnitas steak tacos w/ cilantro rice was perfectly seasoned! My husband had fish and chips...the cod was perfect but the batter was pretty gummy & glue like and stuck to the fish, a crispy light batter would have made his dish perfect, fries were good.

“Great restaurant with Southwest Flare”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

We loved this place, being from Texas we appreciated the southwestern flare. We started with chowder which was awesome. I had dungeness crab cakes, plating was beautiful, very southwest. My husband had shrimp and grits. Everthing was great and we followed that with creme brulee.
I recommend this restaurant highly. Wish you had a restaurant in Dallas!

“Tasty food, good wine, friendly service.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

We dined upstairs near the bar. It was raining, but if not you would have a partial view of the water through the window. The Kokonut Shrimp appetizer was very good, as was the smoked salmon clam chowder. I enjoyed the grilled wild salmon with citrus honey glaze and my husband the crusted halibut special. Portion sizes are generous and served with soup or salad. We took part of his halibut home for a tasty fish soup the next day. Slow when we first arrived on a Sunday evening, it did get busy despite the rain. But our waitress was friendly and did a great job staying on top of all her tables. She recommended a glass of Washington chardonnay for me (14 Hands) and mixed great Manhattans for him. Next time we are in Port Angeles, we will make it a point to dine here!

“Great Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

We blew into town on a Monday afternoon, May 13th and a lot of the restaurants were closed. Thought we'd try Kokopelli Grill. Much to our surprise the food was outstanding and even though the waiter had too many tables, the service was excellent.
