We have stayed here 7-8 times over the years and it had always been an excellent experience. However, during our recent visit in late February 2013, things definetely changed. There are only two luggage carts available for this large property so none were available when we checked in. When the desk clerk was asked about this, he simply said they were all taken. When we got to our room, there was no kleenex in our room and the laundry bag was missing. I phoned the front dest on three occasions over one hour and there was no answer. When I went down personally and asked the clerk about that, he said he had been out. We also noticed that the property looked "tired" with stains on the carpet, dirt in the elevator that we used etc. I phoned La Quinta Corporate and registered our observations. We would not select this property in the future.
