The place is noisy, festive, overcrowded. Our group of 6 ordered mostly from the menu of daily specials which drew raves all around. 2 of the locals in our party were there twice within the week just to re-order the haddock with basil dish. Sauteed scallops rockefeller, grilled smoked salmon dishes both drew raves. But I won the lotto by ordering the pan-roasted lobster in tarragon sauce. I am normally a lobster purist, preferring simply steamed crustaceans, but this dish was stunning. Can't remember enjoying a better preparation of lobster anywhere ever. I wished for a spoon or another crust of bread to sop up the succulent broth, but this is where a minor disappointment must be reported. The servers are just so pressed and the place is so popular. A side-order of cole slaw was missed; some seafood cutlery was missed -- you get the idea. By all means go to enjoy to these delicious preparations but you may need to overlook some service lapses if you go on a busy night.
