“This is the best place to stay in Maui.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

The resort is beautiful and clean and the staff is so nice and attentive. Also the breakfast at DUOs is amazing! We visited a few other resorts and none of them compared to the Four seasons. The bathroom was also very large and I loved the fact that we could turn on Hawaiian music while we were getting ready to enjoy the island.

This was our second visit to Maui and first visit to Four Seasons. I really cannot add any other
adjectives to describe how beautiful and relaxing it was. Every staff member was accommodating but never intrusive. Our ocean view room had a beautiful head on view of the water. Breakfast at Duo's every morning was great. It was difficult to get reservations at Ferraro's but did get in for our last night so make your reservations ahead of time. If we are ever to return to Maui, this is the only hotel for us.

This was our third stay at the Four Seasons in Maui. I have severe food allergies, and without question, the wait staff and the kitchens, in all of the restaurants, paid closer attention to my needs than at any other hotel/resort. I was made to feel completely confident that it was safe for me to eat. Every time the waiter brought a plate, they told me "The Chef personally supervised the preparation of your meal, and it is nut-free".

The weather was a little iffy, and the Super Bowl was terrible, but we still had a wonderful stay in Maui. The highlight was definitely the Quiet/Adult Pool. Get there early for the best seats to watch the whales. Easy access to amazing Golf right across the street. Loved having different artists selling their wares in the lobby every morning.

A great trip.

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms. Even the "Mountainside" view rooms (i.e. the parking lot), are sp...

Stayed in November 2012. This hotel was phenomenal. The food at Spago and Ferraro's was great and the grounds are spectacular. The adult pool is a must if you are honeymooning or a couple without kids traveling with you. Underwater music while swimming was definitely unique. The view at the adult pool is breathtaking (see pictures). The beach is private, small and intimate and solely for the Four Seasons. There are even outrigger canoe paddling lessons you can take from experienced teachers. The gym is awesome. Some of the cardio equipment is outside facing the ocean. There was a 24 hour breeze at the hotel and with the common area of the building being being open and airy it allowed you to hang out or cuddle anywhere. You also could take glasses of wine around the property but not into the bar or restaurant areas (of course). The service here is typical of the Four Seasons. Our flight was severely delayed and they packed me and my wife to-go lunches with salmon sandwiches on foccacia, plus homemade potato chips and salad. ...Ahhhh The Four Seasons. Cant wait to go back.

Room Tip: Stayed in Room 383. It is on the ground floor and to the back of the hotel. Wife wasnt keen on bein...

What a fantastic vacation. My husband and I were a little nervous about the cost of our vacation. We have stayed in many different luxury hotels and a lot of times it's not worth the money you pay, but the Four Seasons Maui absolutely was. Everything was great. They had great amenities, the staff was incredibly attentive, the restaurants were great. We never left the hotel for our entire vacation, there really was no need. We would move from the main pool, to the beach, to the adults only pool everyday. Our favorite activity was heading up to the adult pool about an hour before it closed, getting a drink and watching the whales just off the shore. Completely worth it, in every way.

Room Tip: We were being a little more cost conscious and decided to get one of the cheapest rooms facing the m...

From the welcome to departure, it was Four Seasons all the way. They couldn't do enough for you.
We celebrated our anniversary here, and they helped make it special. Our room was great, service was great. Try as I might, there was nothing to complain about.( they can't control the weather!!!)
They have a great car service, next time we won't bother with renting a car. Beautiful pools, for kids, and adults( private), really nice beach with good snorkeling. We will come back here again and again. Love the Four Seasons at Wailea!

This hotel is a Maui institution and the staff take such great pride in the work they do. We had a tip top experience. The amenities are fantastic and we used them all - concierge, salon, fitness center, spa, Maui Undersea Adventures, restaurants, pool cabana, and valet. The property is in immaculate condition and the hotel is just the perfect size - not too big. We're definitely returning!

Room Tip: Club Floor is definitely worth it!
