“PARADISE!!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013

Me and my husband visited The Four Season Resort in July 2013 for our Honeymoon and boy what a honeymoon it was!!! I was highly recommed staying at the Four Seasons when visiting Maui it will defo be worth your while.

The hotel was out of this world like a place from a dream. The staff were all very friendly greeting you everytime you walked past, service was super fast and very on point.

Customer service is impeccable, The rooms are luxury, the service by the pool, front desk, restaurants, you name it, just make you feel as a valued guest! I enjoyed my honeymoon beyond words!

I felt like a superstar!

The only downhill pour is the private Adults Only pool "Infinity pool" is ALWAYS ALWAYS packed and you would have to call/go there extra early to get a lounger.

For couples romance is everywhere, family retreat is great for kids and adults. Resort pretty much has everything you need and desire.

The best thing about Four Seasons Wailea is one of the best beaches in the world. You will not find on all Hawaii islands such combination of excellent beach and luxury hotel. There is no drawbacks except price.

Truly a 5 star hotel in every way - We will definitely be back!!

We stayed an entire week, and it felt like we were only there a day! The staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful and most accommodating! They made our vacation of a lifetime just that, and I can't say enough kind words about the spa, the restaurant staff, everyone there! If we get to paradise again, I'd return here, no matter what!

Room Tip: A room overlooking the pool is awesome! We heard that end rooms were also great, and very quiet.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was an awesome experience. The resort & room were amazing. The resort staff treated us like celebrities the entire time we were there. This was the best resort I've ever visited...if we go back to Maui, we'll definitely stay there again...and if you're going to Maui, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We were married this September at the Maui Four Seasons resort's Plumeria Point. So our visit to the Four Seasons wasn't just for pleasure, it was also business. ;) And let me tell you, the staff at Four Seasons got it done in fine style.

Let me start at the beginning. My fiance wanted nothing but the best so he decided that since the FS was the top rated place to get married on Maui and the packages seemed like a good value we should shoot to have it there - luckily they still had room for a mid-week ceremony only about 6 months out! From the beginning the FS gave us exceptional service. Basically once you sign on and give the down payment the planner takes it from there. Our planner was Denise Black and I highly HIGHLY recommend her. She was on point, quickly turned around emails, kept all her promises and appointments, and was so reliable I felt completely comfortable and cared for from the day we agreed to book the date until the wedding reception was over. A few details I'll add for brides and grooms considering the FS for your wedding:
1) Plumeria Point is their venue for small "budget" weddings. I was concerned that it would be too plain or the view wouldn't be as nice in person. Yeah, I shouldn't have worried. It turned out to be beautiful with breathtaking views, and it looked ready for a stylish wedding without any expensive extra decorations because with the plumeria blooms year-round and the included flower petal scatter was plenty to make the space seem ready for a special event.
2) Pia (local flavor officiant) and Daniel (slack key guitar + vocalist) worked seamlessly with Denise and the whole ceremony moved smoothly, leaving our whole family so impressed with the gracefulness of it all.
3) The Piazza at Ferraro's turned out to be perfectly intimate and private enough for our little reception dinner for 14. They turn off the loud fountain and the adjacent hot tub, so it feels less like a poolside pizza place and more like a fine dining resort outdoor restaurant. The 4 course meal we served turned out to be more delicious than we could have ever hoped for.
4) The FS staff gave us a gorgeous flower arrangement (that matched by bouquet) and champagne for us at arrival (along with 2 leis each) AND champagne and stawberries for the wedding night. Both of these were totally unexpected and such a pleasant surprise.
5) Scott Drexler our photographer (included in the package) turned out to be such a gem. We are beyond thrilled with the pictures and can't believe that he made us a Vimeo even with only our small package of pictures. WOW, talk about value added.

You know how at a really good 5-star resort the ice arrives minutes after you call down for it? And how the pool attendants are always present and ready to meet any need you may have at your cabana? Well, thats how it is at the Four Seasons from the front desk, to the valet, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, to Denise the wedding planner! A-Z prepared for, arranged, and presented in a graceful, stylish, pleasing, timely way.

GO FOUR SEASONS, and GO DENISE. I hope any bride or groom reading this will seriously consider using Denise and the Four Seasons for their special day.

My wife and I just recently spent the week at the Four Seasons Resort in Wailea and it was one of the most incredible experiences we have ever had. Every single employee treated us like royalty and the facility, food, view, atmosphere....everything, was perfect. Cannot say enough good things. Yes, you are going to pay big money for the room, food, etc., but it is money that we did not mind spending because what you get in return is worth every bit of it.

The Four Seasons Maui is a great hotel on a spectacular beach. If you want luxury this place is worth the money it costs to stay there. Refridgerated towels at the pool and beautiful sunsets every night from the oceans edge.

I was hesitant to book Four Seasons because of the cost. We actually booked and cancelled two other resorts before deciding on Four Seasons.

Is it pricey? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Absolutely!!!

The service and attention to detail will blow you away. The views are straight from a post card and the food is amazing. We wanted to take a day trip to the Big Island but didn't know where to begin with planning. I told the amazing women at the concierge what we wanted to do, and she created the itinerary, booked the flights, reserved the excursions, did EVERYTHING! When we returned to our room that evening she had a typed up itinerary waiting for us with our tickets for our flight already printed. The infinity pool is even more beautiful than the website shows and if you can't get a chair you can lounge in part of the infinity pool that is shallow and perfect for sitting/relaxing. We never had an issue finding a chair throughout the resort (the other pools or the beach). The spa was top notch, workout rooms were perfect, everything was like a dream.

We did the mountain view room and it worked perfect for us. It is in the back of the resort (a bit of a walk) but the views were still nice. This place is expensive but you get what you pay for! Best resort I have ever been to.

Room Tip: Mountain rooms are nice. I'd book it again.
