“Could Not Have Been Better - PH510”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2011

We stayed here for a summer vacation and truly enjoyed it. We rented through vrbo (#211694) and the owners were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We even met one of owners on the beach while we were there and she was extremely helpful with suggestions for activities/restaurants. The villa had an amazing view and wonderful amenities. We loved eating out on our lanai (even bringing in a Ruth's Chris steak dinner from ultra-convenient plaza adjacent to WBV). We had plenty of space for our family, and used the study for a private and comfortable 3rd bedroom. The villa was immaculate (and, as my DH would attest, I rarely have uttered those words about any hotel/villa). The owners have thought of everything to make one's vacation very comfortable and enjoyable.
As for WBV facilities, the pool nearest our villa was terrific. We couldn't use adults only pool but that was no bother at all. The walk down to the beach is fine (and we did it loaded with kids gear too). The beach was lovely.
We had a wonderful experience at PH510 and highly recommend this villa.

After years in the travel industry and now having a career in real estate, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Penthouse H502 exceeded our highest expectations. The excellent location, spectacular views, well-stocked amenities and convenient floor plan was a perfect fit for our family. The location made for short walks to the beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, and other resorts. Our family came to the conclusion that H502 could possibly have the best views in Wailea. The luxurious amenities were convenient and came in handy on many occasions. The penthouse and grounds were immaculate. The penthouse itself was spacious, up-to-date, and has pretty much everything you would need while on vacation. The owners and staff were all pleasant to deal with on all occasions.

Gorgeous accommodations and wonderful staff! We are going back for our 3rd year this fall. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean, and have unbelievable views. As a guest you also have a reserved space on Wailea Beach with beautiful umbrellas and chairs. This paired with easy access to great restaurants, stunning private pools, and amazing staff make it the perfect destination. Tracy is also an amazing asset for the property; definitely contact him to assist in arranging awesome experiences! Love, Love, Love

Wailea was an absolutely beautiful area to explore and these Villas provided luxurious and comfortable accommodations after a hard days work of play :) This truly was the perfect place to amp up our vacation because the grounds, pools, and setting were ideal and wonderfully maintained. It really was a paradise.
The decor was unique and modern and easily fit our family of five adults (with room to spare). We had an ocean view villa that was not on the beach front so there was also a view of the Marriott next door (which got a little bit annoying with the events they had outside every evening). The beach was only a short walk away and the resorts along Wailea had ample opportunities to go scuba diving, snuba-ing, snorkeling, cruising, and even swimming with sea turtles!
While we were there we really tried to do everything. I would highly recommend snorkeling (especially with turtles) and scuba diving as there is such a rich sea life to explore. Also, the sunset cruise was such a fabulous experience; with a fun crew, beautiful views, drinks and snacks, and great music. We went on the Hana Highway, and I do not recommend this for the squeamish. There were some seriously terrifying corners and steep slopes but if you can get past that there are some mind-blowing views and waterfalls. Lastly, a helicopter ride is a must see! They take you all over Maui and explain the history and culture of the island while showing you Hawaii from a different perspective,
