The food is ok, but they make it overly complicated to order. Most similar restaurants we've been to (ex. HuHot) are setup as a buffet. It is much simpler than having a waiter explain how their meals work and the various dish size options to every customer.
Also, the restaurant has a pretty awkward layout. We had to weave around the entire restaurant to get to the ordering line. The end of the ordering line is the wait staff's station, where they are trying to fill orders and drinks. They are in need of some space planning redesign.
