We stayed on Saturday, March 16th, 2007

Good Points:

Staff was friendly, and we were easily able to upgrade to a larger room. The price we were charged was actually less than we were quoted when we reserved. Breakfast was typical fare - waffles, breads to toast, muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, sausage, juices, coffees, ect. It was well stocked and plentiful with ample seating. And last - the complimentary Bath & Body Works soaps and shampoos :)

Not so good points:

Hotel was under construction/remodel, which was not mentioned upon reservation. Lots of construction debris in the elevator and halls. We got a "newly remodeled" room. While the decor was nice, there were cracked tiles in the bathroom and a pipe stump dropping down from the ceiling in the shower. Plus, it wasn't the cleanest room I've stayed in. Parking was scarce as well.

Probably unrelated to the hotel itself - our vehicle was broken into overnight. We think we may have left it unlocked, as we got in very late and were very tired. But better lighting and a location not so isolated may have helped.

“Under Construction”

This hotel is in the middle of a major remodel and name change. There is construction activity all over the complex and it will impact your stay.

We booked on Expedia weeks in advance. When we arrived, they had overbooked the hotel (because of construction, the amount of rooms is diminished) and put us into a smaller room than what we paid for. The housekeeping was poor (for instance they would not vacum the room) and they forgot to leave towels and toilet-paper one day.

The staff is nice, but it pretty much stops there. The breakfast is just o.k. and in this area of town, you have a lot of options. This hotel should not be one of them, however.

“No Complaints”

Bradford Homesuites Denver Tech Center

Feb 26, 2007

We stayed four nights after finding a great deal on Orbitz - buy three nights, get one free. Not a lot we can add to the reviews previously posted, as the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable and our room looked just like the photos provided by the hotel. We had a junior suite, which had one queen bed and a small sofa (more like a loveseat; don't plan on a third person sleeping on the sofa unless it's a child). There are larger suites available that include a sofabed.

As somebody else stated, there are many other hotels in this area, but one thing we really liked about Bradford Homesuites was the onsite, 24-hour convenience store with very reasonable prices (most items were $1.75). The continental breakfast was generous, with scrambled eggs, waffles, and bacon in addition to the usual pastries and coffee.

The only thing we'd caution other travelers about is that if you're a tourist or in Denver for a vacation, you may want to stay in a different part of town. There's not much of anything in the neighborhood except hotels, restaurants, and of course the Tech Center itself. While it's not too far from downtown Denver, traffic can be bad at rush hour or right after an Avs game, so we've decided that next time we're in Denver, we'll be staying downtown.

Our one bedroom suite was roomy, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We took advantage of the pool (maybe a little too cool) and the fitness center (one recumbent bike, one stair machine and one tread mill). The included breakfast was very good. My impression was that the hotel was far enough away from the highway that one didn’t have to worry about noise.

All in all, a very good deal. We couldn’t help but notice that there were many similar hotels in the immediate area. So it would probably pay to look around for deals. But if you can get a good price on the Bradford, by all mean make your booking there.

New Hotel with great accommodations, Very Clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. All the conveniences of home. Nice Pool and Fitness Center. The have laundry facilities on site .75 cents per load. The convenience shop is open 24 hours and all items are cheap, they don't take advantage of your pocket book. Continental breakfast in morning was good. I don't have anything bad to say about this property. Good restaurants and a large mall nearby. We enjoyed our 3 days there.
