Thank you for writing regarding your stay with us at Days Inn Natchez. I am sorry to hear that your stay was not to your expectations. I am having maintenance look into the issues you mentioned as these items should be addressed. I wish I would have known of this sooner as I could have had one of our maintenance personnel take care of your concerns expeditiously. We are constantly upgrading our property in hopes to provide better standards to our guest. You can assure that these items will be fixed. We do hope that you will consider staying with us again while in the Natchez area. As many of our returning guest have appreciated the upgrades we have made.

Thank you for taking the time for placing your review for Days Inn Natchez. We strive to offer excellent customer service and a clean and comfortable stay for our guest. I'm a bit surprised the beds in room 118 were not to your liking as those mattresses are brand new as I still have the receipt. I'm thankful of knowing this so I can look into any issues with the manufacture. As for your stay, I am glad to hear your overall experience was a pleasant one. We hope that you will consider us again in the future when traveling through Natchez, MS.
