We have made several trips to Natchez and this is the best B&B we've stayed in. It's a wonderfully historic home recently renovated and beautiful to every small detail. All the B&B bedrooms on the ground floor with a common sun room and large covered patio. Our room was large with a king bed. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was quite cold but gave us an excuse to use all the bed covers.
We found the hosts quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served in the sun room and was very good. We'd stay again but be aware - the current owners have the house up for sale.

The people who wrote any negative reviews are off they're rockers! These people are the greatest ever! I heard the 'It's not gonna happen' story..the poor guy was bustin it in his yard and was dirty and sweaty! Hello! Best place to stay, hands down..and I've been to alot of different B&B's. Will be going again and again for sure!

Close to Magnolia Hall and a few blocks to downtown Natchez and Under the Hill this is a great location for those who like to walk .The rooms are in the basement of the house, but there are windows that look out onto the gardens. There is a large enclosed porch that the guests may use on the bottom floor that also has complementary ice and soft drinks. The porch also has a large selection of reading material, including three volumes of information the hosts have compiled for guests. There is wireless access in the house, but you have to request a password from the host. The rooms were clean and the breakfast offered a different selection (quiche, French toast) and coffee and tea. The television also featured a close circuit channel of the two porches that may be helpful to families with children. The hosts were very polite and will take you on a private tour of the main section of the house if you request one.
