We ordered 2 dinners because we wanted to sample both the ribs and the pulled pork. The 4 different sides - Cole Slaw OK, Beans OK, Pasta Salad Too Spicy, Bean and corn salad too spicy. Perhaps our northern tastes do not match the flavors here. The pulled pork was excellent. However, the ribs were not done. The slabs do not have the silverskin pulled off prior to cooking. They were not highly seasoned. Worst of all, they were still rather pink and could barely gnaw the meat off the bone. Fat was not fully rendered off of the ribs. I brought this to their attention after the meal. They went through five or six slabs trying to find one that was done. Finally gave up. A waitress said they do not have their regular cook there now. If you order ribs, ask if they are falling off the bone (as they should be) Trying to balance your styro plate on the panel doors they use as tables can be a challenge. Interesting ambiance but very noisy.
