Recommended to us as we were entering a plantation tour. We were'nt too sure after driving up to the restaurant but we decided to stay and I am so glad we did! The catfish filets were perfectly cooked with a light batter and a very fresh taste, the brisket sandwhich was excellent (and we're from Kansas City), the sweet potato casserole was out of this world! Don't be put off by the small roadside restaurant, it is truly a find and one to keep on your favorite places list! The staff was very friendly.
