“It's What YOU Make out of it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

A Wonderful "field trip". It was inspiring. Makes you wonder how they did it! Good to See for a fourth grader who just studied the Mississippian and Natchez Indians. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It really does not take more than 30 minutes to visit the mound and walk around the site. It only a short piece off the Natchez Trace Parkway (<1mile?)

“A nice side on the Natchez Trace.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

Our daughter begged us to stop and climb the Mound. It is amazing how the Natchez Indians created this site. A nice way to stretch the legs when driving the Natchez Trace.

“Great to see if you understand the significance”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013 via mobile

If you're touring Natchez proper it's a little out of the way. Definitely off the beaten path.

If you know about mounds and what they mean this could be an awe inspiring experience for you.

If not, well, bring a kite or a frisbee.

“fun”

We stopped there on a family outing. My kids and husband enjoyed climbing and I took pics of them. My husband enjoys history and teaching the girls about it.
