9 of us had lunch at the Carriage House restaurant next to the Stanton Mansion. The visitor staff at the Natchez Visitor Center made the reservation for us, very nice of them, and we were dressed very casual, which were we told was acceptable for lunch. When we got there, they had a table ready for us. The staff was pleasant and everyone was very respectful. All of us were satisfied with the quality of the food, but were not overly impressed. It was in late September, and it was the first day of the fall "Pilgrimage" and the restaurant was crowded. Atmosphere and service were excellent.
