“Fried Pickles Oh My !!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

Ever had fried pickles before? Well, this is the place to add a little spice to your life. The food is very souther and the appetizers can just about make your meal. But, don't stop there...their entrees are equally good and filling. I don't think they have the word "small" on the menu. It was an easy walk from our inn to the restaurant. However, try to get there early as they tend to fill up fast when the sun goes down. The bar is a good place to meet the locals while waiting for your table...and if locals eat there, that is always a good sign for me.

“Very nice restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2013

This was our first visit to Breaud's. It had been recommended by the B&B we stayed at. They were getting ready to move to a new location that should be more convenient to tourists, so we were lucky that we were there when we were or they would have been closed for the move. They had the best red beans and rice I have ever eaten. My wife, who is a fried oyster lover raved about how good they were. I had there special for the night, which was pork chops. Also very good. I would certainly go back when in Natchez again.

“Yummy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013

This restaurant was on our hotels list of local eaterys. Just a short walk from our hotel through old town of Natchez. The waitress was very good and the food was yummy. The sea food gumbo was delicious and the grilled king size shrimp with a crabmeat topping was to die for!!
The restaurant was quite dark but we were sat next to a window. Would prefer not to have plastic table cloths though. The drinks selection was good. Recommend you try it. It is not 'posh' though the food is really good.

“Food Very Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

Five girlfriends traveled to Natchez and ate here on a Saturday nite. We had reservations so there would be no problem getting seated. The good was very good. We had steak and grilled shrimp and the prices did include sides. Prices for entrees were over $19. House salad dressing was homemade and so was the cole slaw, each very good. Steak was tender and shrimp was a good size. Service at first was little off but got much better. Desserts were not home made but were also good.

“Because I couldnt give it a zero!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013

As I write this review I am still terribly upset with the service I recieved at this restaurant. While the food was decent the service was TERRIBLE!!! We were served by the manager who stated she was short staffed and that was the reason for the slow service. However, we recieved fast service from a nearby waitress. Because there were six people in our party the gratutiy was added into the bill. We requested to give our tip to the much more efficient waitress and were told that it was not possible and if we did not pay the tip the police would be called. Being that this was the manager providing terrible customer service we requested a number to contact the owner. We were then told by a lady claiming to be the owner s fiance that since she was sleeping with the owner calling him would serve no purpose. THE SERVICE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, MONEY, OR TIME WASTED!!!
