Gave it a second try and it got worse, really bad.
Before September 2011, Andaman was the best Thai I have ever had. Great food and always consistent. I have gone to many Thai restaurants in NJ , NY, GA, PA and out of the USA.
Went there after the previous owner (great chef) left and the food was average to a bit below average.
Just went (January 2012) and it was the second worst Thai I have ever tasted.
The sauce seemed as if it was made with Frenche's Yellow mustard and glutton.
Really bad. Not one other person was in the restaurant and no phone ringing to place take-out.
I thought maybe by giving it another chance (as there are no really good Thai restaurant around) although Origin is okay, this place may have a bit of the magic left over from the previous owner/chef. Well it didn't and I can say there is no quality left.
The chicken tasted as if it were boiled a week ago and set aside for meals.
Also, the old waitress who was one of the nicest waitresses is also gone.
Won't go back!
