“Beautiful and charminig B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2010

We stayed here for one night on a short weekend break by the sea, and we were immediately impressed by the friendly welcome and beautiful guest room. The bedroom is at the front with a large bay window, and every attention has been paid to the decor and facilities. There is Sky TV, a DVD player and board games. The bathroom is enormous with a great shower and bath, and both rooms have fireplaces and intact period features. Breakfast was very good, and the centre of Cromer and the sea are just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

“Perfect stay”

Iain and Jan proved friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts for our visit to Cromer's lovely Folk Festival on the pier.
27 Vicarage Road is just a short walk away from the centre of Cromer and an excellent location for visitors who will have no problems parking nearby.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and interesting to be in, in particular the bathroom with it's luxurious roll top bath and walk in shower is a lovely room. Iain and Jan have even solved the problem of where to park a glass of wine in a roll top bath that has exercised Telegraph readers of late.
The ambience of the rooms and the whole house is lovely and you will be served a smashing English breakfast (don't miss the sausages) or have plenty of other choices for breakfast if you prefer.
Highly recommended for a short break or longer and we would definitely retuurn whenever we are in North Norfolk.

“Wish I could have stayed longer...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2010

Stayed at this lovely b&b for one night. Will definitely be coming back in the summer. 27 Vicarage Road is brilliant value for money. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly (they even gave us a lift along the coast), the bathroom was gorgeous (the photos don't do it justice) and there are lots of really interesting nic nacs in the room and round the house from the owners past, which gave the place a real soul. Breakfast was great too - all locally sourced. Yum.

“A great place to stay where nothing was too much trouble and the owner catered for all types of diet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2010

The guest house was lovely witha huge ensuite bathroom and very comfortable bedroom. The owner cooked us individual breakfasts every morning and catered for vegetarians. He advised on all sorts of places to visit as well. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcome. Would definitely stay there again.
